Capitol Home Inspection serves Austin, Cedar Park, and Central Texas. We will travel as far as San Marcos and up to 50 miles from the northern Austin area before a travel charge may be added to the cost of the inspection.
Capitol Home Inspection’s General Home Inspection is a visual inspection of the accessible systems and structures of a home. Any defects that are able to be viewed by the naked eye will be noted in a comprehensive inspection report created using HomeGauge software, which includes a Create Repair/Request list. The Repair Request List is generated from your home inspection report and is a way for agents, buyers, and sellers to determine whether any noted defects should be repaired, replaced, or covered by monetary compensation.
